About our services
Our team has been converting medical images to 3D models for many years. We use the models for teaching and to explain complex procedures to patients. Unlike physical models, digital models can include soft tissue as well as hard tissue anatomy, labels and markers. We’re able to use NHS.net system to transfer scans and models to you.
The models allow surgeons to see the exact relationship ship between anatomical structures. In our experience this has helped reduce operative time and morbidity.
We can now offer the same service to surgeons and patients across the world.
What we do
Our 3D models show the tumour, related facial nerve branches, the digastric muscle, styloid process and retromandibular vessels. We can incorporate other anatomical structures on request.
In this video, you can see the 3D model uploaded onto Hololens2 device. This is an augmented reality goggles which projects the 3D model onto the wearers vision.
Transferrable to smart devices
You can upload your model onto computer, tablets or your smartphone. You can use this to plan surgery or share the images with colleagues, students and your patient.
Portable Digital Model
Unlike physical models, we can get a digital model to you.
